Invitation Letter

Formal Acceptance / Invitation Letter 
A Formal Acceptance / Invitation Letter serves as official proof that your paper submission and registration application have been accepted by the Conference Organizing Committee. The letter will:
Be issued in English 
Be sent by e-mail
Be provided only after full registration and payment are completed 
​This letter may be used to support your visa application, but it does not guarantee visa approval. 

Visa Application Responsibility 
Participants who require a visa are solely responsible for submitting their visa application to the appropriate embassy or consulate. Please note that:
The Organizing Committee has no authority or control over the visa application process or final decision 
Visa approval is determined exclusively by the embassy, consulate, or Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)
Processing times vary by individual and country 
Applicants are strongly advised to begin the visa application process as early as possible. 

Visa Application Rejection Policy  
In the event that a visa application is rejected: 
The Organizing Committee cannot influence or appeal the decision 
We will not engage in correspondence with MOFA, embassies, or consulates on behalf of applicants 
The registration fee is non-refundable
