Presentation Options
Authors are welcome to submit Abstracts, Full-text Original Papers, Review Papers, or other formats such as case reports, clinical trials, and similar contributions for the following presentation types:
1. In-person Presentation
Oral Presentation (On-Site): The authors deliver their research in-person at the conference venue.
Poster Presentation (On-Site): To support environmentally friendly practices, the conference does not use paper-based posters. Instead, the conference team will create a digital poster (video format) based on the author’s submitted abstract. These digital posters will be displayed during the conference. Authors will also be invited to participate in a Q&A session and respond to questions from conference participants.
2. Virtual Presentation
For virtual presentations, the access link will be sent to participants a few days before the conference.
Live Oral Presentation: The authors present their work live via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Skyroom.
Recorded Oral Presentation: After the abstract or paper is accepted, the authors will be requested to submit pre-recorded video files a few days before the conference. These videos will be displayed during the event.
Poster Presentation: The conference team will create a digital poster in video format based on the author’s submitted abstract or paper for virtual poster presentation. These digital posters will be displayed during the conference for participants to view.

Plagiarism Policy
All submitted abstracts and full-text papers must be original. They should not have been published elsewhere and must not be under review in any other journal, conference proceedings, or book at the time of submission.

Paper Types
Authors are invited to submit full-text papers for oral or poster presentations, either online or in-person. Please use Times New Roman, font size 12 for your manuscripts. The following types of papers can be submitted:

A. Original Research Papers
Original papers report the author’s own research findings, obtained through experimental or descriptive methods.
They should include:

B. Review Papers
Review papers provide a critical survey of a particular research topic, including evaluation of cited works, discussion of conflicts, and field analysis.
They should include:

D. Other Types
Other types of submissions may include case reports, clinical trials, and similar formats.

Peer Review Process
All manuscripts undergo peer review and are evaluated based on scientific significance and academic excellence. Each paper will be reviewed blindly by at least two reviewers.

Paper Length
Full-length papers are expected to be up to 10 printed pages. However, papers containing additional content may be considered for acceptance at the discretion of the reviewers.

Full-text Paper Submission
Full-text papers may be submitted by one of the authors. The submitting author should email the full paper to the address below. In addition, it is required that the abstract of the paper be submitted simultaneously through the following form:
